Services
zoDev provides custom software development, design, and consulting services. Specific deliverables, timelines, commercial terms, and scope are defined in individual project agreements signed prior to work beginning. These Terms of Service govern general use of our website and inquiry process. Project-specific contracts take precedence for active engagements.
Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, all custom work produced for a client project becomes the property of that client as specified in the project contract. Our website content, branding, design assets, and proprietary tools remain the exclusive property of zoDev. You may not reproduce or use our branding without written permission.
Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep confidential any non-public information shared during a project engagement. zoDev will not share your business details, technical specifications, or project data with third parties without your explicit consent, except as required by law or to fulfill the services using contracted subprocessors.
Payments and Refunds
Payment terms are defined in individual project contracts. Deposits are non-refundable once work has commenced. zoDev reserves the right to pause or terminate work on projects with outstanding invoices past agreed payment deadlines. Disputes regarding work quality must be raised within 7 days of delivery.
Limitation of Liability
zoDev is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or any project deliverable. Our total liability in any matter shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific project in question. We make no guarantees regarding business outcomes resulting from software we build.
Website Use
You agree not to misuse our website, submit false information through our contact forms, attempt unauthorized access to any part of our infrastructure, or engage in any conduct that disrupts or interferes with our services. We reserve the right to block access to users who violate these terms.
Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by applicable laws. Any disputes arising from these terms or from project engagements shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation first. If unresolved, disputes will be handled through arbitration or the appropriate legal jurisdiction as outlined in individual contracts.

We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be reflected with an updated date at the top of this page. Continued use of our website or services following any update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
